Emerson is hiring a Group Manager to lead and develop its hardware engineering team in Austin, Texas. The role manages people, performance, compensation, coaching, and career development while overseeing the design, development, and validation of Test and Measurement hardware products. It also supports project management, innovation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced R&D environment. The position requires a BS degree or higher in engineering, at least five years of relevant full-time industry experience, and the ability to work within commuting distance of or relocate to Emerson’s Austin offices; hybrid work is indicated.
