Coram AI is hiring a Hardware Engineering Manager to oversee its Access Control product category, including the quality and field performance of the shipping line and the end-to-end development of two new product lines. The role combines hands-on hardware engineering with direct management of a contract manufacturer and a small design team, covering design transfer, certification, quality systems, supplier qualification, and scalable engineering processes. It requires at least five years of production mechanical or electrical engineering experience, direct ownership of factory relationships and design-transfer packages, and the ability to work onsite.
