Description
Molex is hiring a Hardware Engineering Manager in Fremont, California, to lead and manage its electrical engineering team within the Optical Solutions Business Unit. The role oversees analog and digital hardware design for optical modules, backplanes, line cards, and optical interconnect systems; leads program reviews and technical readiness; ensures quality and certification compliance; and drives signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC. The manager will collaborate with optical, mechanical, manufacturing, customer, and vendor teams and work with global engineering teams, including travel to Asia. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, at least five years of electrical hardware design experience, testing and validation experience, at least three years of hardware design leadership or program management experience, ISO and industry standards experience, and experience working with global teams. The stated annual salary is $175,000 to $225,000, with variable bonus eligibility.
