Description
Lam Research is hiring a Hardware/Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead the mechanical architecture, integration, and deployment of advanced sensor systems for semiconductor capital equipment. The role owns opto-mechanical and electro-mechanical designs, system interfaces, DFx, production readiness, and co-design with electrical, firmware, and other engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in mechanical engineering with 5–10+ years of experience, engineering-management or technical-leadership experience, and experience with complex hardware systems, NPI, and matrix organizations. The role offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid work arrangements.
