Strivector Corp is hiring a full-time, permanent Hardware Engineering Manager for a direct-hire position with a well-known client in Austin, Texas. The role leads hardware development from architecture through production release for network visibility platforms combining networking, compute, and FPGA resources; manages hardware, mechanical, and ECAD teams; supports OEM relationships, sustaining, and yield improvements; and participates in cross-functional product development. The position requires a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, networking and high-speed signal integrity expertise, EMC and embedded-platform experience, and strong people-management and analytical skills. It is not remote or hybrid, but relocation is accepted.
