VOSKER is hiring a Hardware Engineering Manager to lead the engineering teams responsible for developing solar-powered, cellular-connected surveillance cameras. The role oversees hardware product delivery from concept through production launch, manages technical and delivery risks, coordinates Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical, and Manufacturing Engineering, and advances engineering practices, reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement. It also involves coaching teams, leading organizational transformation, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, more than seven years of electronic product engineering and embedded systems experience, more than five years leading technology delivery or product development, and strong people leadership and change-management skills. The role offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to work remotely abroad for up to three months.
