Winnow is hiring a full-time Hardware Engineering Manager in Farringdon, Central London to lead its hardware portfolio from product conception through mass production. The role owns the hardware roadmap, system architecture, engineering processes, contract-manufacturer relationships, global supply chain, compliance testing, failure analysis, and cross-functional integration with software. It also leads and mentors a three-person hardware team, requires significant hands-on hardware experience, and is 100% office-based with occasional customer or manufacturing travel.
