Description
Astera Labs is hiring an AVP of Hardware Engineering Operations/Manufacturing to lead hardware manufacturing strategy and execution across Smart Cable Modules, Active Electrical Cables, evaluation boards, AI chassis-class systems, and ODM-built products. The role partners with contract manufacturers in China and Asia, manages NPI, DFM, production scaling, yield and test engineering, failure analysis, tooling, automation, and manufacturing efficiency, and requires extensive hardware manufacturing and contract-manufacturer leadership experience. The base salary is $280,000 to $310,000, with possible discretionary bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
