Description
Gigamon is hiring a Hardware Program Manager to lead integrated new product introduction programs for complex hardware platforms from architecture through production release. The role owns program plans, phase-gate readiness, technical risks, compliance and certification, manufacturing readiness, supplier and OEM coordination, configuration management, and cross-functional execution across hardware, firmware, software, FPGA, systems, quality, manufacturing, and operations teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, 10–14 years of complex hardware development program management experience, hands-on hardware troubleshooting and platform bring-up experience, and expertise in hardware lifecycle, EMI/EMC, product safety, reliability, and regulatory certification.
