Synopsys is hiring a Senior Staff Hardware Engineer for DDR/HBM signal and power integrity engineering. The role focuses on high-speed interface modeling, channel and power integrity analysis, equalization, PHY performance optimization, and customer-facing recommendations. It requires 8+ years of DDR/HBM SIPI experience, expertise with HFSS, Ansys, HSPICE, Raptor, and ADS, and knowledge of board-level and on-chip IO design. The position is remote-eligible, based in the United States outside California, and offers a base salary of $141,000–$211,000 plus potential bonus, equity, and other discretionary benefits.
