The Hardware Engineering Technician assembles, integrates, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, and qualifies complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and optical systems for advanced manufacturing equipment. The role supports prototype development, new product introduction, pilot builds, and production release, while providing technical feedback to engineering and participating in continuous improvement and cross-functional projects. Candidates need at least five years of manufacturing or related engineering experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and hands-on expertise across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, optical, and computer systems.
