Description
OpenAI is seeking a Hardware Finance Manager to own an assigned area of hardware COGS and inventory end to end. The individual-contributor role will cover forecasting, close, business variance analysis, inventory planning, logistics, returns and warranty, data governance, financial systems, dashboards, and cross-functional decision support. The role requires prior hardware experience and deep, hands-on expertise in at least two relevant domains, along with strong financial modeling, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
