Lockheed Martin is hiring a Hardware IPT Lead to lead electrical engineering development teams of 5–20 engineers through the hardware development process of digital subsystems. The role serves as a technical liaison between engineering and technology leadership and program management, facilitates IPT status meetings, delivers updates to leadership and customers, and oversees subsystem development, builds, and testing. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant hardware development experience, 4 years in a technical leadership role, experience leading digital design from concept through sustainment, and CAM or WPM experience. The position offers a salary of $110,500 to $208,344 and medical, dental, vision, flexible work, and other benefits.
