Anthropic is hiring a Hardware Lab Manager to own and operate its Bay Area hardware labs from end to end. The role covers receiving and staging hardware, rack-and-stack, cabling, power distribution, cooling, floor layout, server and accelerator bring-up, procurement, RMA, custom hardware setups, contractor oversight, asset auditing, and lab playbooks. It is based in the San Francisco office with frequent travel to nearby lab spaces, requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and offers an annual salary of $320,000–$405,000 USD.
