Wing is hiring a full-time Hardware Lab Support Engineer for its Engineering Labs team in Palo Alto, California. The role provides hands-on fabrication, assembly, and operational support for prototype aircraft subsystems, electromechanical assemblies, and test fixtures. Responsibilities include interpreting engineering drawings and CAD models, operating manual and basic CNC equipment, inspecting fabricated parts, managing lab inventory, maintaining safety and 5S standards, and supporting urgent builds and test campaigns. Candidates need three years of relevant hardware lab or prototyping experience, a technical degree or equivalent practical experience, and hands-on experience with fabrication equipment and precision measuring tools.
