Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Hardware Engineering Manager to lead the development of high-performance data-center networking switches and switch systems. The role manages a team of hardware engineers, oversees projects from concept through mass production, and leads technical disciplines including electrical schematics, opto-mechanical design, PCB layout, component selection, testing, qualification, micro-architecture, verification, reliability, and cost optimization. The manager will coordinate with board design, assembly, mechanics, thermal, software, procurement, NPI, and other disciplines, while planning resources, schedules, and team performance.
