Arista Networks is hiring a Hardware NPI Engineer for a hybrid role bridging hardware design, manufacturing, and testing. The position leads early prototype builds, drives design-for-excellence reviews, performs systems debugging and root-cause analysis, and mentors contract-manufacturing partners. Candidates need a BSEE degree, 3–5+ years of relevant hardware, NPI, sustaining, or test engineering experience, electrical-engineering expertise, and the ability to travel to Mexico, Malaysia, and Vietnam. The base salary is $120,000 to $165,000, with possible bonuses and equity.
