Arista Networks is hiring a Hardware NPI Engineer for a hybrid role bridging hardware design and manufacturing. The position leads early prototype builds, drives design-for-excellence reviews, performs systems debugging and root-cause analysis, and mentors contract-manufacturing partners. It requires an electrical-engineering foundation, 4–8 years of relevant hardware, NPI, sustaining, or test experience, and the ability to travel to manufacturing sites in Asia and the United States.
