Google is hiring a Hardware Operations Manager to lead a team of Data Center Technicians and managers, overseeing the installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers, networking, storage, compute, and AI infrastructure. The role manages site-level operations, safety and environmental health initiatives, KPIs and SLAs, technical projects, budgets, contractors, talent development, and contingency planning. It requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and 10 years of experience managing technical teams responsible for hardware operations, along with site-level operational leadership experience.
