Hardware Operations Specialist at Mashgin

Mashgin is hiring a Hardware Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of hardware operations. The role focuses on tracking inventory, shipments, parts, and finished goods; coordinating domestic logistics and carriers; following up with manufacturers and suppliers; organizing hardware and packaging materials; and maintaining accurate records. The position is hands-on and execution-focused, with opportunities to grow into rework coordination, international shipments, purchase orders, spare parts planning, production builds, and manufacturing issue tracking. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, strong organization and communication skills, comfort handling physical hardware, and onsite availability in San Jose, California at least twice per week.
