NVIDIA is hiring a Hardware Performance Modeling Architect to develop cycle-accurate simulation components for next-generation networking switches and ASICs. The role focuses on switch hardware modeling, communication patterns for deep-learning, generative AI inference, and training applications, and chip-system performance optimization. It requires a BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, simulation-modeling experience, at least two years of C++ and Python experience, strong debugging skills, and excellent communication skills; a master's degree, relevant practical experience, network-simulation-tool experience, and NVLink/Ethernet/IB experience are preferred.
