Description
Graphcore is hiring a Systems Engineering Intern to support hardware, firmware, and software development for advanced AI compute platforms. The role involves CPU and high-speed I/O subsystem design, laboratory testing, performance and reliability measurements, system validation, automation, and investigation of power, cooling, and energy-efficiency issues. The intern will work with experienced engineers across hardware, firmware, software, mechanical, thermal, and systems teams, document technical work, and follow laboratory and safety procedures. Current enrollment in a relevant engineering or computer science program and experience with lab testing, technical measurements, and programming or scripting are required; experience with laboratory equipment, high-speed interfaces, test automation, and platform validation is preferred.
