Description
The Robotics Hardware Program Engineering Manager leads end-to-end mechanical and electrical program execution for autonomous robotics products from concept through launch. The role owns mechanical architecture, design releases, prototype hardware, power-electronics integration, automation support, program plans, milestones, risks, and cross-functional interfaces with product integration, safety, manufacturing, suppliers, and other teams. It requires 7+ years of complex engineering program or product leadership, mechanical and/or electrical system execution, and multi-discipline team leadership. The position is hybrid, requires reporting to a specific location at least three times per week, less than 25% travel, and U.S. person eligibility; GM does not provide immigration sponsorship.
