Hardware Program Manager at Axon

Axon is hiring a Hardware Program Manager to lead the development of a new consumer TASER product. The role manages 4–5 workstreams, cross-functional engineering teams, product trade-offs, budgets, schedules, supplier and manufacturing relationships, and program reviews from concept through launch. It is onsite at Axon’s Scottsdale, Arizona office four days per week, with relocation or travel as needed, and requires at least five years of relevant hardware program-management experience, a technical or business bachelor’s degree, and export-control licensing eligibility.
