Description
Raytheon is hiring an onsite Hardware Program Quality Engineer (PQE) to support the Upper Tier Missile Defense portfolio, including the AN/TPY-2 and XBR program families. The role partners with engineering, program, operations, and supply-chain teams to implement quality strategies, evaluate designs and specifications, conduct engineering reviews, support quality boards, analyze data and metrics, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions through product development, production, and sustainment. The position requires a U.S. government-issued Secret clearance, a STEM bachelor’s degree, and five years of relevant hardware quality or design experience, with 10% out-of-town travel. The salary range is 86,800 USD to 165,200 USD, and relocation is not offered.
