Description
Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Hardware Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of Battery Management System (BMS) hardware for grid-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The role owns the hardware lifecycle from concept through design, validation, release, and manufacturing handover, coordinates cross-functional and vendor teams, manages project risks and KPIs, ensures system integration and compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supports product certification. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering, 15–20 years of hardware development and project management experience, and expertise in BMS, battery systems, power electronics, embedded hardware, and system integration.
