Oura is hiring a Hardware Reliability Engineer in San Francisco to plan and execute reliability testing for wearable products and accessories, coordinate testing with contract manufacturers and external labs, develop test methods, support failure analysis and root-cause investigations, perform DFMEA, and correlate lab results with field performance. The role requires at least five years of hardware reliability, validation, or test engineering experience in consumer electronics, wearables, or small electromechanical systems, along with analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The position includes up to 15% travel to manufacturing locations and Finland, and offers a salary range of $172,000 to $203,000 for Region 1, plus health, dental, vision, equity, paid time off, and other benefits.
