SpaceX is hiring a Hardware Reliability Technician, Microelectronics Test, for the Starlink team. The role operates reliability and failure-analysis equipment, documents test data, troubleshoots lab equipment, supports lab operations, and performs hands-on microelectronics preparation and rework to evaluate the quality and reliability of silicon and packaged components. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or technical laboratory environment; it is subject to ITAR work-authorization requirements and may require overtime, weekends, cleanroom, and ESD-controlled work.
