Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Hardware/Software Engineer specializing in digital hardware design and FPGA development. The role involves designing, implementing, testing, and verifying FPGA-based digital hardware; developing and simulating VHDL or Verilog code with ModelSim; using Xilinx tools such as Vivado or ISE; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software. A Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance is required, along with proven FPGA development experience, HDL proficiency, ModelSim and Xilinx tool experience, and digital logic design knowledge. Familiarity with software development languages and operating systems is preferred.
