Synopsys is seeking a senior semiconductor architecture professional to develop performance models, virtual prototyping environments, benchmarks, and design-space exploration tools for SoC, multi-die, and chiplet-based systems. The role involves C/C++ and Python modeling, RTL and system-level analysis, collaboration with architecture, IP, software, and verification teams, and contributing to reference architectures and customer demonstrations. Candidates need an MS or PhD in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least eight years of experience in system architecture, performance modeling, hardware/software co-design, or semiconductor verification, and strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
