Fresh Consulting is hiring a long-term System Test Engineer in Redmond, Washington. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and executing tests and calibration processes for prototypes and equipment, developing automated tests and CI, supporting diagnostics and process control, and collaborating with design engineers to resolve bugs and meet quality standards in both factory and laboratory environments. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or physical sciences with at least one year of technical experience, along with hands-on testing, electromechanical, sensor, protocol, and data-analysis knowledge. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, project management experience, GR&R and correlation analysis, wireless communication, LED and photometric calibration, FPGA and USB knowledge, and Python scripting. Compensation is $60–$65 per hour.
