The Hardware Specialist leads confidential compute and enterprise infrastructure projects, overseeing accelerated compute cluster deployments and serving as the primary technical liaison among global customers, engineering, and operations teams. The role manages on-premises and cloud environments, integrates high-performance accelerators with enterprise networking and storage, develops technical playbooks and reference architectures, and coordinates project scope, risks, deliverables, and timelines. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of enterprise infrastructure solution delivery and project management experience, four years of cloud or on-premises architecture or infrastructure delivery experience, customer-stakeholder management experience, and hardware diagnostics experience. The position offers $152,000–$221,000 USD plus a 15% bonus target and requires approximately 30% travel.
