The iPhone team is hiring an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to work from product concept through development platforms, hardware builds, and bringup. The role involves making difficult design decisions that impact millions of users, leading complex hardware designs, and improving the iPhone user experience. Candidates need a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, at least five years of industry experience, and expertise in electrical engineering, analog and high-speed digital design, system architectures, and hardware development. Preferred qualifications include system-level problem-solving, team leadership, signal and power integrity, low-voltage power regulation, custom silicon validation, scripting, and presentation skills.
