Description

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a specialized field aligned with advanced wearable manufacturing, or equivalent practical experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 2 years of combined EPM and EPS experience in wearables, bridging upstream engineering strategy and downstream factory execution.
2 years of full-lifecycle NPI experience for smart watches and mix accessory bands, including phase-gate transitions, sub-assembly integrations, and mass production.
Preferred Qualifications: Deep technical proficiency in textiles, silicone, and metals, including cosmetic validation, color matching, and yield optimization.
Ability to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive them to completion.
Fluent English and Mandarin communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time internationally.
