DEKRA Employment is hiring a Hardware Systems Developer to independently develop and integrate electrotechnical products and components, particularly for marine systems. The role covers requirements analysis, electronic component selection, design feasibility, development coordination, system integration, documentation, and handover to production and quality assurance. Candidates need an electrical engineering, information technology, or mechatronics degree with initial work experience, or equivalent vocational training with further training and several years of professional experience, along with distributed-systems knowledge, version-control experience, communication skills, and English proficiency. The position offers a permanent contract, salary above the tariff rate, vacation and Christmas bonuses, and a prospect of being taken over by the client company.
