CHAOS Industries is hiring a Senior Staff Hardware Systems Engineer to lead the technical development of next-generation defense systems from concept through field deployment. The role owns system architecture, hardware requirements, interfaces, trade studies, qualification, production, lifecycle support, and technical risk mitigation, while leading a small cross-functional team and contributing personally to critical engineering work. The position is full-time and on-site in El Segundo, California, with a targeted base salary of $190,000 to $270,000.
