Lockheed Martin is hiring a Hardware Systems Engineering Lead for its Mission Systems team in Owego, New York. The role leads advanced processing systems and subsystems development, providing technical direction across hardware, software, and firmware; managing requirements through design, integration, and verification; supporting cost and schedule commitments; and driving compliance with systems engineering and hardware development processes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 9 years of professional experience, strong hardware design and systems engineering experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. It is a full-time onsite role with a salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
