Foundation is hiring a Hardware Lead to build and lead a cross-functional robotics hardware team responsible for optimizing and developing humanoid robot architectures across the body, legs, head, and torso. The role covers electromechanical systems, embedded firmware, communication protocols, sensor integration, packaging, mechanical and electrical design, controls, sourcing, rapid prototyping, and simulation. The position is based in San Francisco and offers an annual compensation range of $240,000 to $400,000, along with health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits.
