Description
SolarEdge is seeking a Hardware Team Leader to lead hands-on design and technical development of digital and mixed-signal boards for advanced energy storage products, from concept through mass production. The role owns measurement accuracy, communication robustness, grounding, EMI/EMC, power distribution, verification, and system-level characterization; manages and mentors the hardware team, leads concurrent projects, and collaborates across functions and sites. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, 7+ years of mixed-signal hardware design experience through production, 2+ years of technical leadership, and expertise in analog measurement, power electronics, communication protocols, simulation, protection circuits, debugging, documentation, and AI-assisted engineering.
