Description
The Hardware Technical Advisor provides technical advice and personalized product guidance to customers across tools, chemicals, fasteners, and related hardware. The role manages orders from receipt through delivery, collaborates with sales, logistics, and purchasing teams, participates in inventory and supplier follow-up, and monitors technological developments. Candidates should have basic hardware knowledge, a willingness to learn, and fluency in French and German; experience in commercial or construction is an asset. The position is full-time with daytime hours, requires availability one Saturday morning every two weeks, and offers a permanent contract.
