Halo is hiring a Hardware Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional hardware programs from concept through launch for its HaloBraid braid-assist device. The role manages schedules, technical requirements, prototyping builds, external partners, risks, and process improvements, and reports to the CEO. It requires at least five years of hardware program, product, or project management experience, along with experience managing overseas contract manufacturers and translating engineering concepts into actionable plans. The position is onsite in Cambridge, Massachusetts, requires U.S. work authorization, and includes approximately 20% travel.
