Description
The Hardware Test Engineer supports the development, validation, and optimization of wearable haptic technology products through hardware testing, verification, troubleshooting, reliability analysis, and quality assurance. The role works across electrical, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and product teams, supports vendor and component qualification, documents test results, and contributes technical leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related field, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with embedded hardware, lab equipment, automated testing, and EVT/DVT/PVT development phases. The position is on-site in Cleveland, Ohio, with annual compensation of $100,000 to $110,000 and medical, dental, vision, life, STD, FSA, equity, and self-managed PTO benefits.
