SpaceX is hiring a Hardware Test Engineer to design, build, automate, and qualify test systems for Starlink battery and power systems. The role covers instrumentation, data acquisition, PLC programming, electrical and fluid schematics, equipment troubleshooting, user interfaces, and field installations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or another STEM discipline and at least one year of experience in instrumentation, data acquisition, or electronics test engineering. The position offers Level I and Level II base salary ranges of $105,000–$120,000 and $115,000–$145,000 per year, respectively, along with medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, life, and paid leave benefits.
