Description
Kepler Communications is hiring a Manager, Hardware Test Engineering to lead and grow its hardware test engineering function supporting next-generation space hardware. The role manages test subsystems, validation infrastructure, fixtures, automation, dashboards, and evidence packages; oversees prototype bring-up, design validation, qualification, acceptance, production, and reliability testing; and develops scalable processes, test data systems, and infrastructure. The manager will also coach engineers, align with cross-functional teams, support program planning, and lead research into advanced validation methods, including AI-assisted engineering tools.
