Description

Plaud is hiring a Hardware User Researcher to own end-to-end research programs for hardware products and human-hardware interaction. The role conducts contextual inquiry, ergonomic and form-factor evaluations, qualitative interviews, diary studies, usability testing, surveys, statistical analysis, and benchmarking against leading consumer-electronics practices. It also manages a prioritized research roadmap across Product, Growth, and Marketing and translates findings into decision-ready insights that influence product and growth decisions.

Additional Information

Qualitative research methods and ability to integrate qualitative and quantitative findings
Track record of influencing product or design decisions through research output
