Google is hiring a Hardware Validation Engineer for its Data Center Engineering Labs to manage the physical deployment, rack-level integration, power-up, and network turn-up of prototype systems and early-stage hardware. The role also performs thermal and networking rework, coordinates New Product Introduction timelines, develops Python and Bash automation and monitoring dashboards, and troubleshoots hardware, operating system, and network connectivity issues while maintaining safety standards. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, data center operations experience, systems validation experience, and familiarity with Linux, networking, and physical hardware troubleshooting.
