Description
Caracole is hiring a full-time HARM REDUCTION SERVICES COORDINATOR to provide assertive, community-based harm reduction, HIV testing, education, outreach, case management, advocacy, and linkage services to high-risk HIV- and HIV-positive individuals who use drugs in southwestern Ohio, northern Kentucky, and southeastern Indiana. The role includes onsite work in medical, substance abuse, corrections, and syringe service settings, community partnerships, client transportation, documentation, and quality management. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or four years of commensurate experience, HIV Test Counselor certification within six months of hire, reliable transportation, a driver’s license, and the ability to work in varied community environments.
