HCL is hiring a Harness Components Engineer in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The role focuses on designing and developing automotive wiring harness components, selecting components, developing new suppliers, managing packaging and validation documentation, supporting DFMEA and DVPR, participating in system integration testing, processing engineering change requests, optimizing designs through VAVE, and resolving issues during bench testing, vehicle builds, and field claims. The position requires at least four years of relevant experience and preferred automotive engineering education.
