NVIDIA is hiring a Harness/Platform Engineer to build and maintain the agent harness and evaluation infrastructure for its AI safety and security engineering program. The role focuses on developing repeatable, versioned environments and runs, supporting researchers and security and evaluation engineers, and debugging platform issues. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of software engineering experience, strong Python skills, familiarity with containerized environments and CI/CD, and experience with agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, ML infrastructure, or evaluation harnesses. The base salary is 152,000 USD to 241,500 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until August 15, 2026.
