Senra Systems is hiring an onsite Training Supervisor to own the end-to-end training program for wire harness and related electro-mechanical manufacturing technicians. The role leads Technical Trainers, develops curriculum and assessments, manages IPC/WHMA-A-620 and aerospace/defense compliance, tracks certifications, reports training KPIs, and partners with Engineering, Quality, Production, and People. Candidates need at least 10 years of wire harness or similar manufacturing experience, 5 years of technical training experience, and 2 years of people management experience. The position pays $100,000–$140,000 and is based in Redondo Beach or Cypress, California.
